About

Welcome!

The Gardenia Kapit-Bisig Multi-Purpose and Transport Service Cooperative (Gardenia) is a community-based diversified cooperative, duly registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), accredited with the Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC), Department of Tourism (DOT), Department of Agriculture (DA) and Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA – on process). Our area of Operations Cover CALABARZON (Region IV) Metro-Manila (NCR) with pending Nationwide expansion and our core business is transport and allied services. Gardenia is a fast-growing multi-awarded cooperative in Bacoor City and in the Province of Cavite where it originated. For two(2) Consecutive years it has received the following top awards, to wit:

  • •2018 & 2017 Most Outstanding Medium Category Cooperative in Cavite (1st Place)
  • •2018 & 2017 Most Outstanding Cooperative in Bacoor Cavite (1st Place)
  • •2018 & 2017 Most Outstanding Cooperative in Bacoor Cavite (1st Place)
  • •2018 Best in Assets in Cavite and Bacoor City (1st Place)

Gardenia has become the envy of many cooperatives in its category. However, we humbly attribute our initial success to our ability to set ambitious goals (short and long terms), our ardent desire for greatness and relentless efforts to achieve every project or endeavor. Credits go to our solid, dynamic and pro-active team of directors, committee members, managers, staff and employees with the full support and cooperation of the members. More particularly, we are implementing an aggressive membership expansion, continuous capital build-up, savings build-up, investments by way of time and special deposits and patronage of coop products and services (purified and alkaline water and loans services). Our Caltex Molino Gas Station in Bacoor City is patronized by over 400 drivers and members daily. Just recently, we have acquired two (2) additional Caltex Gasoline Stations at J.P. Laurel St., Nasugbu, Batangas (1st site) and Km 93, Tagaytay – Nasugbu highway Palico, Brgy. Luntal, Tuy, Batangas (2nd site). With our Free Membership Promo, we anticipate an exodus of new members in said areas and project and generate a sustainable average daily sales.

With the ongoing full implementation of the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP) of the administration of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, Gardenia is posotioned to acquire and field a good number of Euro 4 Modern PUJs, and PUBs with franchises. These Modern Vehicles are quipped with GPS Monitoring System, CCTV, Dash Camera, Free WI-FI, and Electronic Fare Collection System (card cashless payment).

Our Gardenia Travel and Tours is expected to gain momentum in the months ahead through its Airline Ticketing for International and Domestic Passenger, Tour Packages, Educational Tours Benchmarking (Lakbay-aral), Hotel and Resort Reservation, Tourist Car/ Van Rentals and Airport Metered Taxi Services.
